Bodum Bistro Electric French Press Coffee Maker and Tea

Equal rights for coffee and tea lovers. Can you hear us chant? Who says only coffee lovers get to enjoy the benefits of the easy press-a-button drip system – especially now, with its ease-of-use being combined with the taste benefits of the French press. After all, hot water is what it takes for both beverages. First, you fill the water tank with fresh, cold water. For coffee, you add ground coffee into the glass jug and press the button. No filter needed. When all the hot water is in the glass jug, you press down the plunger and your coffee is ready to be poured. If you prefer tea, you add the tea into a filter in the middle of the glass jug and press the button. Once your preferred strength is reached, you remove the filter and close it off with a lid. The heating element will keep your coffee or tea nice and warm. The 1/2-liter/ 17-ounce Bistro Electric Coffee and Tea Dripper is made from plastic, silicone, stainless steel, and borosilicate glass. Available in black, orange, red, and green.

Bodum 1548-01US Brazil 8-Cup (34-Ounce) Coffee Press

The Brazil French Press coffee maker, designed in the early 80′s, was our first coffee maker and quickly became a symbol of what Bodum stands for. Attractive and functional design at an affordable price. The Brazil has an ultra-light, heat-resistant borosilicate glass beaker and a polypropylene handle and base, which make the Brazil easy to use and easy to clean. The 3-part stainless steel plunger has a fine mesh filter, which allows for a premium extraction of your coffee’s aromatic oils and subtle flavors. A mesh filter allows this flavor to be delivered direct to your cup and not absorbed by a paper filter. Plus, no paper filter means no waste. The patented safety lid prevents the splashing of liquids while pressing. All parts are dishwasher safe. This 8-cup coffeemaker is (1.0 l, 34oz.) in size and is also available in 3-cup (0.35 l, 12 oz) size model.

Bodum Santos Stovetop Glass Vacuum 34-Ounce Coffee Maker With

As beautiful as sculpture, as fascinating as chemistry, and as entertaining as theater, this coffeemaker from Switzerland converts the ordinary process of brewing coffee into an artful performance. And it makes six 5-ounce cups of full-flavored coffee while it entrances. The coffeemaker fits together like this: water goes into the carafe, a filter fits into the mouth of a tube in the top globe, ground coffee goes into the globe (a scoop is included), the globe fits atop the carafe with the tube extending into the carafe, and the carafe goes onto the stovetop with a trivet or heat diffuser between it and electric or gas heat. (This is all much simpler and quicker than it sounds.)

Water boils up through the tube into the globe and brews the coffee. When brewing is complete and the carafe has been taken off the stovetop and set into its accompanying sculpted trivet, the coffee drains through the filter into the carafe. The globe can then be lifted off the carafe and set on its stand, and coffee can be poured from the carafe, which has a stay-cool handle. A stopper for the carafe keeps second cups warm while the first cups are sipped. Fully assembled, the coffee maker stands 11-1/2 inches high. It’s made of heat-resistant glass and durable, gleaming nylon, and all parts are dishwasher-safe. –Fred Brack

Product Description
If you ever thought watching the coffee brew was on a par with watching the paint dry, think again! This innovative and visually stunning brewing method is sure to attract an audience, there as much for the show as they are for a cup of joe. Water is heated in the lower jug on the stovetop or a spirit burner and eventually boils up through a funnel where it mixes with the ground coffee, once the coffee is brewed, the unit is removed from the heat and brewed coffee is released back into the lower jug. Equal parts chemistry, theatre, engineering and sculpture, this coffeemaker from Bodum is made for the spotlight.

Cold Drip Coffee and Tea Maker, 8-Cup

This coffee maker is gorgeous and would make a lovely addition to your kitchen. Ice and water are placed in the top jar, and by regulating the dripping water through the valve in the center, coffee is steeped and ends up in the carafe at the bottom of the tower. Through a unique 3 hour process using pure ice water, ice drip coffee produces a unique flavor not found in regular brewed coffee. It’s easy to use. Just put the water and coffee grounds into the brewer and you are ready to go. A permanent ceramic filter mechanism is included and is available in a brown stain finish. This coffee maker holds 32 oz. By slowly brewing your coffee with ice water, the harsher oils in your ground coffee are not brought out. The final brew is a lot mellower than a regular brew machine.
